It’s that time of year when we are bombarded with parties and get-togethers and snack food. I love veggies and dip because it seems like a healthier alternative to all the cookies and cake people are bringing to socials (Don’t get me wrong…I’m a fan of cake!), but I could not find one in stores that doesn’t have msg or soybean oil–two things I like to avoid.
I’m excited to say that I found a recipe that it very healthy and delish!
You’ll need:
A 17oz (approx) container of Greek yogurt
1 Tbs of chopped onion flakes
1 tsp of garlic salt (I was out, so I used garlic with a little salt)
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of dill weed
Mix everything together and chill! If you’re serving it to others, you can put it in a pretty bowl. I just mixed mine straight in the container. And, I may or may not have followed it up with eating over a third of a bag of baby carrots!
The paprika and dill give it festive coloring–a plus!
