I’ve been thinking/reading about clean eating lately and I’ve decided to take the leap. I want to cook healthier for my family–free of processed foods and preservatives. It’s crazy how many things have preservatives in them! Start reading your labels at the grocery store–it’s so discouraging. But, clean eating doesn’t mean giving up good food! It’s just choosing healthier alternatives.
I’m thinking about documenting my journey on here. I want to share what I’m learning and recipes that I’ve tried. Is that something you would be interested in? Share your thoughts!
