It’s Fall and I have been in such a mood to decorate my home and buy a pumpkin and drink coffee. Wait…I’m generally in the mood for that last one, regardless of the season. But, something about the fall makes it even better.
I saw a tutorial for book page pumpkins on Jones Design Company and I knew it had to be a project. C’mon, we totally love book page projects around here, right?!
Here’s what you’ll need:
Plastic pumpkins (I got mine at a craft store)
An old book (Goodwill!)
Mod Podge
A paint/foam brush
Start by applying Mod Podge to a section of the pumpkin. Lay a page over the section and smooth it over the bumps and creases.
Keep moving around the pumpkin until it’s fully covered. Don’t worry about getting the Mod Podge (How many times can we say the words Mod Podge and pumpkin?! lol) on the pages because it dries clear.
I love how warm and homey they look! Definitely my favorite DIY seasonal decor. : )
Enjoying the Good Life,
Kendra
