How should you spend a cool(ish), blustery, rainy day in July? Four and a half hours in a coffee shop with a BFF and a trip to Goodwill, of course. Sounds a-ok to me. After all, that’s what I did.
Lauren and I took a little shopping trip to the GW to scour the home decor section and the clothes (More on that, Friday!). Here are a few trinkets that we found…
A mail holder. I almost wish I would have purchased this! I think it would look so great painted a bright yellow or sea blue.
A turqouisey blue trunk? Yes, please! (It looks a little more blue in this picture.) Cleaned up, I can totally picture this as a coffee table. And, you could store your blankets or board games inside. Win/win!
A brand new tote with bright yellow trim! This little number came home with me and I already have a plan in mind for it. You’ll have to wait and see. : )
We probably found all of these things within 10 or 15 minutes. Can’t beat it! I like a little dash around Goodwill.
Also, don’t forget to check out my post from yesterday (Surprise! A Tuesday post!).
Enjoying the Good Life,
Kendra

I am so in love with that trunk… I want it. Just wish I had the perfect spot for it.
