DIY: Valentine’s Day Cards

Martha Stewart has got it going ON this season. I saw these cute templates on her site and I couldn’t resist. You know that I am all about doing things on the cheap and this is one of them. If you are from the “scrapbook every picture you’ve ever taken” era, you probably have cardstock sitting on your craft shelf. I do. These cards include the free templates from Martha’s site, cardstock, and some string that I found in my garage.

First, I printed and cut out the templates for the cards I wanted to make. Exhibit A.

Then, I traced my templates onto my scrapbook paper and cute them out.

Finally, I assembled my pieces according to the directions/pictures on the website.

Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy. Having fun with a holiday does not have to = expensive. Just look around your house, see what you have, and get creative with it!

If you make your own cards, send me pictures! I would love to see them and maybe share them with other readers!

Enjoying the Good Life,

Kendra
