DIY // Paper Fan Garland

We were shopping the other day and this cool window display at J.Crew stopped me in my tracks. Yes, please excuse me while I take a picture of your paper fan garland that I totally plan on copying because It’s. SO. Cool.

downloadReady for a simple DIY?

I started with a few pieces of scrapbook paper, folded each one into a fan and stapled the end.

IMG_5047I stapled each fan to a string of baker’s twine, but I was thinking that it would also be a good idea to use a hole punch in the top of each fan and just string the twine through.

IMG_5049This is definitely my favorite new garland! Maybe it will be a new trend? I’m already thinking of when I can make it again for an event. I think it would be great at a wedding, shower, or even just a fun girls night or a birthday party.

Simple. Quick. Adorable.

Enjoying the Good Life,

Kendra
